Job Description:
Relationship-building skills: A Partner Channel Sales Executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Sales expertise: The ability to understand and navigate the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation is crucial in this role.
Technical knowledge: A Partner Channel Sales Executive should have a solid understanding of the products and services they are selling, as well as the technology industry and market trends. (AWS and Microsoft)
Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to grow sales through channel is essential.
Results-oriented Should be driven to achieve or exceed sales targets and be comfortable with being held accountable for their performance.
Collaborative mindset: Should have a team-oriented mindset and be able to work effectively with internal sales teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues with channel partners and the channel program is important for ensuring smooth operation of the program.
Data-driven: Should be able to analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
5 to 8 years of experience into lead generation, Business Development in IT Sector with solid understanding of the products and services they are selling.
