This is a full-time on-site role at our office where you will assist in preparation and review of financial statements, conduct audits, and manage client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
• Manage client accounts and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide tax planning and preparation services to clients.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
For Trainee Candidates
Candidates who have passed both groups of Intermediate Examination and completed ICITSS from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are eligible.
For Semi-Qualified Accountants
Candidates who have passed both groups of Intermediate Examination and completed Practical Training or any one group of Final Examination are eligible.
For Fresher Chartered Accountants
Candidates who have passed their last group of Final Examination not earlier than the latest term are eligible.
General Qualification
Candidates should possess financial reporting, accounting, and auditing skills, along with knowledge of direct taxes, indirect taxes, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proficiency in Internet technology, MS Office, and Tally accounting software is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Preferred Skills
Organizational skills with moral values and an ethical nature are preferred.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Prior experience in business advisory, corporate governance, or tax management services is beneficial.
