Chartered Accountant

We are looking for an experienced accountant/Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our team at our CA Firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial management duties, including:
• Financial Accounting: Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
• Taxation: Assisting with tax planning, preparation, and compliance activities, including filing of tax returns, tax assessments, and other tax-related matters.
• Audit Assistance: Assisting in the conduct of internal and statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules, liaising with clients, and responding to audit queries.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, such as the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other applicable laws.
• Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries, and providing timely and quality service.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Management: Mentoring and coaching junior team members, including providing guidance and training.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or pursuing final exams.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or audit.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
