Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership. They will be responsible for managing the finance team, developing strategies, and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including quarterly, and financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive costing, budgeting, a forecasting activities to optimize financial planning.
• Implement robust cost control measures, conducting variance analysis.
• Lead the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze the finances of the group, providing insightful reports to aid strategic decision-making.

Requirements
• Charted Accountant (CA)
• 10+ years’ experience in financial management, in Listed Company
• Knowledge of Ind-AS & other international reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Experience in Fund Raising/IPO
