Intellgus is seeking a highly motivated and talented Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic Company team with a strong focus on US-based clients and transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for accounting and finance.
Responsibilities :
• Team handle size 12-15 teammates.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for US-based clients.
• Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Assist in the preparation and filing of US tax returns.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to assess the accuracy and reliability of financial information for US-based clients.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making for US-based clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting for US-based clients.
Specific Responsibilities :
• Handle complex accounting tasks related to US-based clients and transactions.
• Research and interpret US tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting systems or processes tailored to US-based clients.
Qualifications :
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a Company environment or exposure to US GAAP is preferred.
