We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to provide exceptional customer service through both chat and voice support.Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Chat & Voice SupportLocation: Vadodara & GandhinagarSalary: Up to 30k (Based on BPO experience & Interview)Experience Required: HSC and above for Chat SupportAnd 01 to 03 years for Voice SupportShifts: Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (24*7 environment)Week Off: Any two rotational week offRequirements:* Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command over English and Hindi languages.* Ability to handle and resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.* Prior experience in customer service and support in a BPO or similar industry is preferred for Voice Support.* Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.* Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.* Minimum qualification of HSC for Chat Support.* Proficient with computers and basic software applications.* Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.Responsibilities:* Provide excellent customer service through chat and voice support.* Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.* Accurately record and maintain customer interaction details in the system.* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team targets.* Adhere to established procedures, policies, and quality standards.* Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.We welcome referrals from your company, friends, and family groups.
