Chef de Partie
Pay - £12 per hour (£28,080 for a 45 hour week)
Plus up to £7,000 in tips (paid weekly, based on last years figures), giving total potential earnings of £35,080 per year.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at our lovely restaurant in Winchester.

Knowing and leading sections during service
Developing & inspiring junior kitchen team members

Our Story
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Rick Stein Winchester was the first restaurant that Rick Stein and Jill Stein opened outside of Cornwall in 2014. With a nod towards our coastal heritage, this restaurant brings the freshest fish, simply cooked to Winchester. Our stunning seafood restaurant is situated on Winchester high street and is just a short train ride from London.
