Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Kolkata. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Additionally, the Chef De Partie will assist the Head Chef in menu planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
• Experience in culinary arts, food preparation, and cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
