This family-run business serves good quality, healthy, locally sourced, fresh food. Dining here is a multi-sensory experience that can be enjoyed in either the restaurant or the bar area. It's a busy operation catering for breakfast of 180 covers, buffet-style lunches for 250 covers, and an average of 50-100 covers at dinnertime.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of an experienced team of 23 chefs, who are passionate about ensuring the guest receives good quality, nutritious meals that are a delight to the taste buds!

You should be able to run a section in the main kitchen and be confident working with fresh produce as most items are made in-house including breads. You will have a good eye for detail when it comes to presentation and will be able to work under pressure. You will be a team player, able to work as a part of the kitchen brigade striving to deliver great food promptly, and will assist with the training of junior chefs where required.

You will also ensure you both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
