Job Description
ü Responsible for the production of all pastries, cakes, cold/hot desserts, toppings for the pastry shop as well as other outlets.
ü To prepare production charts of all the bakery and pastry items and monitor them from time to time.
ü Ensure to exceed guest expectations in quality and service of the food products.
ü Supervise the preparation and production of all bakery products.
ü Ensure that the hygiene standards are maintained by the team in accordance with set standards.
ü Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
Work Experience
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
Atleast four years experience in Bakery & Pastry section
