Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie - Pastry/Bakery located in Kerala. The Chef De Partie will oversee the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods. Daily tasks include ensuring high standards of food quality, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery section, and collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items. The role also involves training and mentoring junior kitchen staff in pastry and baking techniques.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in pastry preparation, cake decoration, and bread making
• Experience in creating and developing new pastry recipes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or fine dining establishment
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
