job roll chef -( in order to apply for the position,you must have at least three year experance).The twice brewed Inn is a small business in Hexham. We are professional, agile, professional, and our goal is to we aim the serve over 650 daily with traditional food and Gastropub food .

Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Chefs to join our team in creating culinary delights in our restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in kitchen operations.we have 7 chefs but looking to add 3 more to the team

Responsibilities:

- Oversee food preparation and production in the kitchen

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards

- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed

- Collaborate with the team to create new dishes and menus

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required

- Monitor food quality and presentation

- Assist in cooking and preparing dishes when necessary

Skills:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in food safety practices

- Experience working in a restaurant environment

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage kitchen staff

- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service

- Ability to help develop and cook innovative dishes

- Knowledge of kitchen operations including food preparation and production

- Experience supervising kitchen activities
