Fulltime Position
Sous Chef required in the Thetford area, paying £32000 – £37000 + overtime and tips. This establiment uses some great meats and produce from local farms. you will really enjoy using the produce on the venue. This role will be based on one of the sections. This is for a fresh food Gastro pub.
The roleas a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen of this meat focused gastro pub. You will love the produce they use and type of ingredients. As a sous chef you will run the kitchen when the head chef is off, you will cook on a section and prep a section on the other days. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, with a passion for local and seasonal produce. you will have good knife skills and enjoy cooking a range of dishes.
