5-10 years of experience
Preferably a Post Graduate or MBA or PGDM degree holder from
a recognised University or Institute in India.
Good exposure in data analysis and in Microsoft excel
Sound analytical bend of mind.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Chief Manager - Retail Business at A Very He will be responsible for entire Retail business along with the following assignments
Preparation & sharing of annual GWP & revenue target of each Business unit’s (Branch wise) & also cascading to individual level
Track & analyse the target vs. achievement of Branch’s and each Individual employee (mapped to sales)
Visit to the Branch offices to understand the issues to analyse and recommend solutions to increase business figures
Coordinating with ICs for discounts/grids/reconciliation/other issues
Coordinating with internal F&A team to smoothen the payments & related issues
Coordinating with Underwriting/Ops team for quotes & documentation
Sharing renewal data with Branches for corrective measures
Maintaining MIS of all the branches
o Target Vs Achievement
o RM wise/Branch wise business synopsis & Tracker
o Product wise achievement and revenue % retention o Recruitment/POSP business month wise
o Activation tracking
o IC Wise PAN India Business Report
o Product wise PAN India report
o Renewal Retention % of each RM/Branch
o Publishing of Campaign data
Liaison with CRM & Policyongo.com vendor
Maintaining NON POSP Products payment data
