Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be a former military, police officer, or para-military personnel, bringing a strong background in security protocols and team leadership. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our staff and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance safety.
Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to security incidents.
Train and mentor security staff in security best practices and emergency response procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Lead and participate in emergency drills and crisis management training.
Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters.
Qualifications:
Former military, police officer, or para-military personnel with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in security or law enforcement.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a security context.
Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Proficient in the use of security technology and surveillance equipment.
High level of physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols and inspections.
