Job Description: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan

Role Overview:
As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for developing and implementing the entire HR framework for the Flight Training Organization (FTO) from the ground up. This includes designing HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals, and building a high-performing HR team. Your leadership will ensure the successful management of talent acquisition, development, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Proven experience in building HR processes and teams from scratch.
Experience in the aviation, education, or training sector is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with the FTO’s business objectives.
Lead the HR function by establishing HR processes, policies, and procedures from scratch.
Build, mentor, and lead the HR team to ensure efficient and effective execution of HR functions.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with organizational needs.
Develop onboarding programs, training initiatives, and continuous development plans to ensure employee growth and retention.
Build succession planning frameworks to identify and develop future leadership.
Performance Management:
Establish and implement a robust performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Promote a high-performance culture by aligning individual objectives with organizational goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
Develop employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design a competitive compensation and benefits structure that aligns with industry standards and supports employee retention.
Regularly review and update the compensation framework to meet market demands and company growth.
Compliance & Labor Relations:
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and aviation industry standards.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes, ensuring a fair and transparent work environment.
Develop policies for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
HR Technology & Analytics:
Implement HR management systems (HRMS) and ensure the effective use of HR technology for data-driven decision-making.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, turnover, and other key indicators.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
Drive organizational development initiatives to support business transformation and scaling.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions in company policies, structures, or processes.
