The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, developing and executing comprehensive strategies across all business functions, and ensuring the company's long-term success in the rapidly evolving medical personal care industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the healthcare and personal care sectors
Overseeing product strategy and roadmaps, identifying high-impact opportunities in the market
Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive innovation across the organization
Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets
Collaborate with the CEO and other C-suite executives to define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and core values
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and top accounts to drive adoption of products and treatment protocols
Collaborate with marketing on HCP and patient-facing initiatives to build brand awareness and demand
Establish strong relationships with key partners and open new channels, with a focus on expanding our private label business
Provide market insights to guide product development and lifecycle management
Collaborate with marketing and product development on brand positioning, new product launches and promotions tailored for our private label customers
Provide market insights to guide private label product development, pricing and positioning to meet business customer needs
Qualifications:
8 + years of leadership experience (VP /CXO level)
aesthetics,beauty/personal care, with private label experience strongly preferred
Track record of successfully launching products and growing market share
Proven track record growing private label sales and penetration with key retail accounts
Profound knowledge of the retail landscape and strong industry relationships
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skils
