The Human Resources Leader is a pivotal role based in Mumbai, reporting to the Regional Head. You will be an integral part of a dynamic and agile team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive growth plans.

You are responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. You will lead a team of professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Support in the development and implementation of global programs

Qualifications:
