As required by Utah State law, all employees must obtain their childcare licensing clearance prior to their first day of work

Design and implement a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.)
to enhance children’s abilities
Evaluate children’s performance to ensure they are on the right learning track
Maintain constant communication with parents and update them on their children’s progress using the BrightWheel app
Observe children’s interactions and promote a spirit of harmony
Identify behavioral issues and determine the appropriate course of action
Collaborate with colleagues
