BA/BS/BSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn
Valid Washington State Driver’s License including vehicle and appropriate insurance
Ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs and multi-system involvement
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check

Compass Health is currently looking for a Child & Family Counselor for our Lynnwood Child & Family Outpatient Team!
The Lynnwood Child & Family Outpatient Team is a fun and supportive group who take pride in providing high quality care by offering individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy using evidence-based practices, as well as case management services to coordinate with schools, Children’s Administration, juvenile justice and other systems that may be involved in the care of our clients. We can provide weekly individual supervision for licensure with an LICSW or LMHC dependent on your supervisory needs.
