We are seeking an experienced Practice Leader to join our team in Central Australia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, and experience in developing and implementing professional practice frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the regional implementation of the new professional practice framework;

Provide professional support and guidance to Practice Leaders;

Maintain and enhance statutory and non-statutory practice and outcomes;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require an Australian tertiary qualification which gives eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, Australian Community Workers Association or the Australian Psychological Society, or equivalent. You will also need a strong understanding of the principles and functions of supervising staff in the delivery of statutory and non-statutory welfare services.
