S. M. Chillers India Private Limited is a reputed manufacturer, supplier, and trader of various cooling machines and refrigeration control panels. Our products include water cooled chiller, air cooled chiller, glycol chiller, reciprocating chiller, and industrial chiller machine.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Industrial Chiller Service Technician located in Ghaziabad. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of cooling machines, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proficient in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
High school diploma or equivalent (Technical diploma or Degree in related field is preferred)

Relevant experience in HVAC, refrigeration or cooling systems is a plus.

Experience in handling. customer complaints, and ability to work under pressure to troubleshoot complex systems will be beneficial.

A valid driver's license is required,
