Due to an ongoing systems project, two new contract roles have been created to help out with the day to day processing payroll tasks, working in a close knit team of 10 + and under a really lovely and highly experienced Payroll Manager.

To be successful you will need Chris and Kronos systems experience.

YOU WON'T WANT TO WORK FROM HOME, BUUUUUUT... there are very flexible WFH arrangement to choose from including fully remote

NUTS & BOLTS:

End to end payroll processing using Chris 21 – volumes circa 500
Ensures that pay and benefits are administered and paid accurately, on time and in accordance with legislation, industrial instruments and procedures
Workers’ compensation wages, superannuation, travel reimbursements, AccessPay salary packaging, vehicles, and other salary sacrifice benefits
Contributes to a high level of internal customer service by timely response to enquiries/requests for information by producing reports and/or returning calls
Contributes to the overall performance of the payroll team by sharing workload and suggesting improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Payroll processing experience of a minimum of 2/3 years
Chris and Kronos payroll systems experience
Experience with working with volume of 500 employees
Can do attitude
Team player
Strong communications skills
