Hiring Sr.Customer Support Executive for US based MNC for Vadodara locationExperience:3-5 YearsQualification:BE/BTech (Mechanical/Production)Job Description:1. Lead order related communications with customers1.1 Recipient of PO from customers1.2 Check customer PO as per PO scrutiny checklist. Enter order in JDE1.3 Provide order acknowledgement. Coordinate with production team for readiness date.1.4 address queries related to,a. Lead times and stock availabilityb. spare part selectionc. container load size with combination of machinesd. pare part weight/size related queries for spare part orders.2. Container export communications2.1 Check vessel schedules with freight forwarder and inform ETD and ETA to customers2.2 Confirm material readiness to freight forwarder and get container stuffing date2.3 Communicate stuffing date to dispatch team2.4 Forward shipping documents to customer and freight forwarder (*shipping documents are received from dispatch Team)2.5 Check and approve shipping bill checklist3. Invoicing*3.1 communicate following documents to dispatch team on day of shipment for invoicinga. PI from JDEb. Draft invoice cum packing listc. Consignee sticker (soft copy) – will be pasted on boxes by dispatch team4. AR management4.1 Track AR overdues and work with respective sales manager for collection5. Warranty5.1 recipient of warranty claims from customer.5.2 check machine ship date and forward to Application engineering manager for approval.5.3 Forward warranty form to Quality team and book warranty order in JDE after approval.6.
