About the Department:

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc.

About the Role:

The Circle Marketing Manager leads the marketing and branding of a Circle of the Bank and is responsible for creating the marketing strategy in line with the requirement of the business. The Marketing Manager also supports branches with lead generation through activation and is the Custodian of Retail branding on ground and brand hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement regional activations to support branches achieve their business targets.
• Responsible for Retail branding on ground and maintenance of brand hygiene
• Increase brand visibility by ensuring the implementation of meaningful direction signages, neighborhood branding and tie-ups with local authorities
• Plan and implement the merchandising at all the branches and other centers in the circle
• Drive the customer meets at branches every month and develop plan to increase footfalls
• Provide marketing and branding support to branches and circle
• Ensure capturing of leads along with their tracking and reporting
• Visit the centers regularly to ensure updated branding and customer experience standards are met

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute, MBA (Marketing) would be preferred
• 4-6 years in similar profile in a bank or financial institute, retail activation agency or other agencies. Similar experience in marketing in other industry is also accepted

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Deep understanding of marketing, branding and merchandising
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
