At PadCare we aim to rebuild the way people without periods experience washrooms. We’ve built the world’s first sanitary napkin recycling ecosystem and made it accessible for over a million menstruators through hundreds of valuable B2B partnerships.

We also appeared on Shark Tank and got a blank cheque from Piyush Bansal, and garnered immense support from all the sharks. Key Responsibilities:
• Getting the sales using various customer sales methods including but not limited to calling virtual & in- personal meeting
• The job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain relationships with the customers whom you are already working with.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
• Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices to persuade them to buy a product or subscribe to any services that PadCare is offering.
• Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also draw attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data & Keep CRM updated
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Use CRM software [ Hubspot ]

Requirement:
• Should be competitive and confident.
• Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies.
• Should be able to take initiative and work on their own to achieve targets.
• Be a good team player.
• He/she should be excellent with verbal communication.
• Should have good knowledge of the industry and should be good with numbers to be able to work on financial reports.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
