Civil and Corporate Lawyer

Job Description: As a Civil and Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of civil and corporate cases, including drafting documents, conducting research, and appearing before courts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all civil and corporate cases, including Arbitral proceedings
• Draft necessary documents, such as Vakalatnama and applications
• Appear before various courts, including HIGH COURT, NCLT, DRT, and Small Causes Court
• Conduct research on judgements passed by Hon. High Courts and Supreme Court

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in civil and corporate law
• Excellent knowledge of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, IBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act), and other relevant laws
• Excellent drafting skills and command of English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The salary range is competitive, and private practice during employment is strictly not allowed.
