Role Overview:CJ Builder - Volunteer Position

As a CJ Builder, you will play a crucial role in growing and sustaining the Coaching Journey community. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about community building, enjoys networking, and is passionate about the power of coaching. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, forge connections, and help shape the future of Coaching Journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Growth: Identify and engage with potential members, partners, and stakeholders who can contribute to the growth of Coaching Journey.

• Networking: Build and nurture relationships with individuals and organizations aligned with our mission.

• Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new members, collaborators, and supporters.

• Collaboration: Work with existing members to foster a sense of belonging and encourage active participation in community activities.

• Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and webinars that align with the community’s goals.

• Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters) to highlight the community’s activities and success stories.
• Approx time Commitment : 3 hrs per week

Qualifications:

• Passion for coaching and community building.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Has received training or is under training as a ICF certified coach

• Experience in community management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
