Your new role
Working as a Claims Advisor, you will:
Review various reports to ensure accurate claim assessment.
Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and conduct ongoing reviews.
Implement strategies to resolve claims efficiently and minimise costs.
Provide excellent customer service, acting as a vital link between various stakeholders to ensure timely responses and efficient processing.

What you'll need to succeed

Valuable Expertise: Prior involvement in handling claims, supported by a history of achieving successful outcomes.
Effective Communication skills: Strong verbal communication abilities that facilitate relationship building.
