Job Description
Under general supervision, the Claim Advisor is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repairing. The individual investigates vehicle damage (which may include automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles and recreational vehicles), writes damage repair estimates, and estimates repair times for rental/loss of use

To meet our customer’s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mountain Time)


Accountabilities:

Review insurance policy and coverages
Investigate automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
Qualifications:

Minimum high school education or equivalent
1 - 3 years handling automobile claims is considered an asset
1 - 3 years of customer service experience
Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
