• Key Responsibilities:
• *System Administration:*
• Configure and maintain Clarizen environments to support project and portfolio management processes.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular system audits and updates.
• *Configuration and Customization:*
• Customize Clarizen settings to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, reports, and other Clarizen features.
• Integrate Clarizen with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• *User Support and Training:*
• Provide technical support to Clarizen users, resolving issues and answering questions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Clarizen processes and configurations.
• *Process Improvement:*
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Implement best practices for project and portfolio management within Clarizen.
• Ensure alignment of Clarizen configuration with business goals and strategies.
• *Reporting and Analysis:*
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve project performance.
• Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in administering and configuring Clarizen or similar project management software.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Clarizen tools.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
