Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Raw Leads: Be the voice of Decotales for those exploring their dream home journey. Call, listen, and understand their interior needs.
Qualify Leads with Purpose: Filter and pass only genuinely interested and relevant leads to the design/sales team.
Schedule Appointments Seamlessly: Whether it’s a virtual call or a visit to our Experience Center, ensure every meeting is aligned and well-prepped.
Follow-Up & Nurture: Stay connected with warm leads, answer queries, and build trust till they’re ready to proceed.
Generate New Leads Creatively: From property portals to Instagram DMs, use every channel to find people who need us.
Maintain CRM & Reports: Keep accurate records of lead stages, follow-up notes, and appointment schedules.
Collaborate with Design Consultants: Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for consultations and closures.
Be the Reason Clients Choose Us: Set the tone for their experience with Decotales through empathy, knowledge, and clarity.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead generation.
Excellent communication & listening skills – you can connect with anyone, genuinely.
Comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and making calls.
Fast learner, self-driven, and curious about interiors and customer psychology.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment where growth is the only direction.
