Summary
We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator with the ability to build and maintain exceptional client/patient relationships while being thoughtful and discreet

Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing highest standards of customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments, transportation, and accommodation for clients
Anticipate client needs to exceed their expectation and provide an exceptional client care experience
Act as the primary point of contact for patients
Address patients concerns, inquiries, and requests to ensure they feel comfortable during their visit
2. Complete administrative and clerical tasks, such as medical records maintenance, data entry, scanning, and medical billing
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, calls, emails, and faxes
Prepare, proofread/edit, and update medical records and reports
Record, transcribe, draft, and update all forms of correspondence, such as exam notification letters or third-party forms and letters
File and sort medical files and other documents
Continuous follow-up with various third parties, external clinics, and labs to ensure all testing is received before the patient’s scheduled visit
3. Coordinate and manage patient care
Schedule medical appointment and confirm appointments
Provide direction and scheduling assistance for patients for any external testing required
Assist with external referrals to other specialists
Coordinate with clients to obtain required medical records
Verify insurance coverage and assist in processing claims for patients
4. Medical Office Management
Maintain office and medical supplies, materials, and equipment
Clean and sterilize medical equipment and instruments, disposing of supplies, biologicals, materials, and equipment
Manage physician’s travel schedule
Labelling and shipment of patient diagnostic kits
Qualifications/Education
Completed Medical Office Assistant certification by recognized institution
would be an asset
– 5 years’ experience working as a MOA, Executive Assistant, or other Administrative position
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain exceptional client/patient relationships and be thoughtful and discreet
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to multi-tasks
Strong customer service skills, including scheduling and planning
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
