Client Experience Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information as needed.
Placing prospecting calls to identify potential clients.
Sort and distribute daily mail, packages, and couriers.
Maintain and update calendars for executives and other team members.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
Coordinate and manage seminar guest’s check-ins, and post-seminar follow-ups.
Handle data entry for seminar attendees and manage appointment confirmations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support team efficiency by taking on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in reception or administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Warm and friendly personality
Professional communication skills and a client-first attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
