Job Overview

We are seeking a **female receptionist** with excellent communication and customer service skills and sales skills to join our team as the welcoming face of our gym. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about health and fitness and must have skills related to sales. Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role and as a salesperson is appreciated and will be considered an added advantage.

Timing: Shift Timings will be

(6 AM- 2 PM) --(2 PM - 10 PM)--(10 PM--6 AM)

Languages Preferred: English, kannada and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and check in members and guests warmly and professionally

* Handle front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and inquiries

* Assist with membership registrations, renewals, and class bookings

* Manage appointment schedules for personal trainers and facility tours

* Process payments for memberships, products, and services accurately

*Candidates should have good knowledge in sales roles as well.

*Developing relationships with new and existing clients or customers.

* Meeting and exceeding sales goals.

* Maintaining customer relationships effectively and promoting a good brand image among customers.

* Maintain a clean and organized reception area

* Monitor member access and ensure adherence to check-in and safety protocols

* Address member concerns, feedback, and general inquiries efficiently

* Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with other gym staff

Requirements:

* Female candidates only (as per role requirement)

* High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).

* Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles is **preferred** and an **added advantage**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Polite, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor

* Basic computer knowledge; experience with gym software (e.g., Mindbody, Zen Planner) is a plus

* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: 25- 30K based on the performance good incentive will be provided.
