Augustine Asset Management seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service & Operations Associate to provide exceptional support to clients and to execute operational tasks in the firm’s client, marketing, and business activities
The Associate plays a key role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency and will collaborate with the firm’s operations, investment, and client-facing professionals

Ensure client requests and transactions are processed accurately and promptly
Execute operational tasks in the firm’s client, marketing, and business activities
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Monitor and maintain data integrity in client accounts and internal systems
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Create and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports to clients and to colleagues
Prepare information and presentation materials for the firm’s marketing activities
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and operational activities
Administration
Receive, triage, and respond to external communications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
