Client Service Executive|Documentation Executive|Pricing Executive

Pricing Executive: Providing best Sea Export pricing, and RFQ to Sales team and Corporate clients and follow up till closing the business;
Maintaining business relationships with various shipping companies.


2. Client Service Executive/ Documentation Executive -
experience In EXPORT /IMPORT and freight Forwarding. He/She must know the Knowledge of Shipping Lines.Must-Havee Knowledge Of Shipping Documents like B/L, COO, SI. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.

Having excellent verbal skills in Hindi & Englis .

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department within specified timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer problems and enhance the overall customer experience.

Show empathy and patience when dealing with customers, understanding their concerns and providing reassurance.

Flexibility to work as required.

Conduct regular follow-ups and build and nurture relationships to deliver quality service over emails and calls on every interaction.

Ensure Complete Ownership of customer queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services.


Job Requirements:
1. 1-2 years relevant working experience in customer service in logistics/freight forwarding

industries (preferable).

2. Independent, responsible, pro-active, well-organized & able to work under pressure.

3. Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office.

5. 6 days working / Second Saturday off
