We’re seeking a qualified and go getter attitude Event Industry experienced Client Service Managers/Representatives who can build and maintain strong client relationships with the clients while providing best-in-class event services. Additionally, is responsible for executing onsite events as and when required.
Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives - Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
• Ability to conceptualize and propose appropriate event proposals/venues etc.
• Ability to brainstorm, think creatively, and make presentations as per the brief.
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
• Source and negotiate with artists and other resources as required.
• Taking care of existing client accounts and being one point of client contact for any further assistance.
• Coordinate between internal and external teams.
• Ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly data as and when required.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and required data as per organizational needs.
• Understand the client's requirements and prepare sales pitches through high-end pitch proposals.
• Plan and implement the overall meeting and event strategies.
• Building workflows to manage the event strategies.
• Research, examine benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Owning a client brief/campaigns right from ideation, planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensuring sending timely presentations and budgets to the client after approval via our senior management.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management.
• Additional certifications in event planning or project management will be an added advantage.
• 5 - 10 years of experience as Clients Service Manager in an Events Organization is a must.
• Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully organizing and executing various types of events, including large-scale conferences, corporate events, media launches, trade shows, etc.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication, budget management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel and work extended hours during peak event seasons.
