Job Title: Client Services Officer

About the Role
We are seeking three Customer Service/Call Centre professionals to join our team as Client Services Officers. In this role, you will provide first-line customer service and support to clients, using your knowledge of legislation to respond to and resolve queries in a caring and empathetic manner.

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide procedural advice, guidance, and information relating to conciliation and arbitration processes and the conduct of conferences and hearings.
Determine jurisdiction and accurately register Applications for Conciliation, efficiently and effectively contributing to the management of conciliation disputes.
Undertake rotational reception coverage, switchboard, and mail-related duties.
Requirements
Experience providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders within a service-oriented legal environment.
Experience with the Victorian Worker's Compensation Scheme.
Previous client service experience, particularly working with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds with complex needs.
Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage empathetically with people of all walks of life.
