We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic person to join our Client Services team as an Officer, on a permanent, full-time basis! This role will be supporting our local team in Dubbo, NSW. Please note, that travel to our Warren office twice per week (as a team)is a requirement of this role.

What will your typical week look like?

Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service.
