Job Responsibilities
Design, facilitate and maintain new hire, skill enhancement and initiative-specific training programs
Manage the production of learning objects in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies to support online coursework and programs
Develop and lead a comprehensive employee readiness strategy to enable optimal results
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that desired outcomes have been achieved
Document and maintain detailed training materials and job aid resources to assist end users in day-to-day functions
Participate on project teams whose outcomes have significant impact to business results
Translate Subject Matter Expert knowledge into effective learning solutions
Assist managers in development and coaching of staff
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
College degree or equivalent relationship or client service experience
Experience with a wide array of financial products. Core Cash Operations experience is a must.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
