Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process.
Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services for the Exhibitions.
Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure all communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Oversee event logistics, including booth setup, schedule coordination, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
Assist in preparing event materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional items.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all event aspects.
Monitor event progress, resolving issues as they arise and ensuring the exhibition runs on schedule.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls and email communications.

Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining all the follow up data in the excel sheets.
Coordinating with the clients for the screening of the garments.
Compiling the queries for participation and selecting the best among them.
Desired Skills , Experience

Proven experience in client servicing, preferably within the exhibition, event, or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or requests.
Professional demeanor with excellent client-facing skills.
Previous experience working with exhibitions and trade shows is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS office / Google suite.
At least 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or a similar role, with exposure to exhibitions and events.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
