Client Servicing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the agency and the clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns or queries they may have.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, media planning, and production, to coordinate and execute advertising campaigns based on client requirements and objectives.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to gain insights that can be used to develop effective advertising strategies and recommendations for clients.
• PPT Presentations: Assist in preparing presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities, incorporating creative ideas, market insights, and the agency's capabilities.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, preferences, and challenges, in order to provide personalized and effective service
• Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring that client objectives and messaging are effectively communicated.
• Problem-solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in client projects, working with the team to find solutions and deliver high-quality work.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising techniques, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with clients.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining client databases.
