Job Title: Client Support Officer

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer.

About the Role
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with the Hub Support Team in delivering high-quality services to clients accessing The Orange Door. As a Client Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for people requiring assistance, providing responsive and timely advice and connections to relevant services.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Hub Manager and workforce in achieving client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
Prioritize tasks to deliver optimal service delivery to clients.
Exercise advanced interpersonal communication skills to address diverse client needs.
