The Client Support Officer provides important administrative support to AGS’s Client Services team.

About the role
Among other tasks, you will have a key role in supporting AGS clients and other AGS staff in their support of clients. Some key responsibilities include:

administrative tasks including document preparation
supporting the Client Development team to prepare bids and tenders, quoting and CV preparation support, and research
responding to routine client queries
updating the Client Relationship Management System and supporting data-quality assurance activities
ad hoc support for AGS Events and other activities.

the ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
good knowledge of common software applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Adobe)
a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality
sound communication/writing skills.
