Job description
Logistics Management:
The Event Operations Manager will oversee vehicle management/logistics, material transport, and printing of materials. He/She will also ensure processes are followed by teams for vehicle entry and exit, manpower lists and material lists from vendors, and oversee gate check-ins and check-outs.
Team Leadership:
The Event Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of 5-6 members and drive quality event operations effectively. He/She will focus on managing, delegating, retaining and growing the teams, provide training and knowledge transfer to team members, and ability to motivate and guide team members.

• Event Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• 4-5 years of experience in Client Servicing / Business Development in the event industry only.
• Strong understanding of corporate events.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
