Role Description

Qualifications
Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Receptionist Duties skills
Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus
