About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team in the Violence Intervention Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional administrative support to our clinicians, including data entry, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals, bookings, and other administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our patients, families, and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with our team to achieve our organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in clinical administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
