Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our Hervey Bay facility. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to lead, educate and mentor other staff members to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines
- Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
Requirements
- AHPRA registration
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Valid National Police Check
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours
