As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients in clinical settings, collaborating with healthcare providers, and optimizing medication therapy to improve patient outcomes

Patient Education: Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use, including dosage instructions, administration techniques, and potential side effects

• Experience: Previous experience in clinical pharmacy practice preferred. Familiarity with medication therapy management, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics.
